1.Description
The temperaturecontrolled deluge valve is an automatic control valve in the automatic sprinkler system. It is a deluge valve that is automatically opened at a constant temperature and can be manually and electrically opened. Mainly used in door openings, windows, fire shutter doors, etc. for fire separation, cooling rain control valves; can also be used for equipment, areas of directional fire separation; and small areas of water spray fire, fire control. The upper interface is connected to the detecting nozzle and the starting solenoid valve and the ball valve.

2.Working principle
When the fire water source enters the control chamber from the water inlet, the pressure in the control chamber is greater than the inlet pressure, so that the water inlet is pressed against the seal. When the fire occurs, the temperature sensing nozzle moves, the pressure in the control chamber drops, and the seal assembly moves up. The water flows into the pipe network from the water inlet, and is fired, controlled, fired, and cooled by the open nozzle.

4.Design Points

1) The function of the glass ball nozzle in the temperature-controlled deluge valve system is to detect the ambient temperature and start the deluge valve, which itself does not have a fire extinguishing function. The nozzle should be equipped with a protective frame and installed with a special wrench. The distance between the nozzle splashing plate and the top plate is 75-150 mm. It is recommended to use an upright nozzle.

2) The temperature-controlled deluge valve system can also be temperature-controlled, electronically controlled and manually started.
